• Not have been previously banned from our platform

5. Profile Verification

All profiles are subject to verification and approval by our team. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or delete any profile that violates our terms or community guidelines. Approval does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users.

6. Subscription and Payments

Premium features and services:

• Subscriptions are valid for 3 months from the date of activation
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew; manual renewal is required
• Payment must be made before profile activation

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post on our platform. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That you will find a suitable match
• The accuracy of information provided by other users
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The security of data transmission

9. Limitation of Liability

Mangalayoga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the past 12 months.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account:

• For violation of these terms
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• For abusive behavior towards other users or staff
• At our discretion for any reason with notice

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
